21 Chinese Formulas

Become your own Kitchen Herbalist!

What are Chinese Formulas?

Chinese formulas are especially helpful for treating conditions of deficiency or excess. Unlike simple herbs, which is just one herb used at a time, Chinese herbs usually contain a combination of herbs that have a particular strategy for the body.

All herbal medicine is plant-based, and although Chinese herbs are complex, they are safe to use.

All of the 21 Chinese Herbs presented in this course are easy to purchase and very effective. We invite you to have some fun with these and use them in your practice, as you feel comfortable.

Included in this course:

Become a Kitchen Herbalist

To become a Kitchen herbalist you need to be familiar with several herbs.

But how do you choose?

Tonic herbs, herbs that treat excess, herbs that treat dampness, herbs that treat deficiency? The list of herbal categories can be a long and winding road, reflecting an understanding of the inner workings of the immune system and of the multiplicity of mechanisms at work in the combinations of different active ingredients.

In this course, I will provide you with my handpicked 21 Chinese Formulas that I always keep on hand in my kitchen practice.
